Dear BrooksideAcademy:
We started with Brookside Academy because we wanted a
structured Pre-K program for our son. Our older son had
previously been in a less expensive, less structured
program and we didn’t feel it would fit the needs of our
younger son. After looking at many schools, we decided
on Brookside. We have never regretted the decision. In
fact, when our daughter was born, we enrolled her at
Brookside too! The amount of care and attention give to
each child is wonderful and the variety of extra
curricular activities (Music, Spanish, Ballet, Playball,
Field Trips…) just helps add to the experience.
Additionally, management is accepting and responsive to
any questions, concerns or suggestions from the parents.
My daughter will graduate from Brookside and go into
Kindergarten in the spring. I only have to compare her
development to that of the children we know who go
elsewhere or stay at home, to reinforce what a good
decision Brookside Academy was!

I just wanted you all to know how impressed I was to see
your inclement weather/school opening status posting on
your activit-e website from home at 6:00 this morning. I
continue to be very impressed with Brookside’s
management, teachers, and communication with the
parents. Although my children will be home today, the
message early this morning was greatly appreciated.

I have had two children enrolled at Brookside Academy
over the past 7 years and it has been a wonderful
experience for our family. Brookside provides a safe,
loving environment with a strong educational curriculum.
I have been particularly impressed with the Senior
curriculum and am constantly amazed with all that they
are learning. The field trips and summer camps are great
too and have been fun and educational experiences for my
children. I cannot say enough about the teachers at
Brookside and all they do to make my child’s day a fun,
positive experience. I have also enjoyed getting to know
the parents and families of the children in my kid’s
classes over the years. Brookside Academy has definitely
been a blessing for our family!

Our two children combined have been attending Brookside
for over five years, and it has been a joy for them and
us. It has been a great relief knowing that each school
year there is one teacher that oversees each class, and
we do not have to worry about our child learning from a
new teacher every couple of months. We have also enjoyed
the openness of the management at listening to our
suggestions, concerns, and praises as to how the school
is being managed.

Our daughter is in the Junior B class at Brookside
Academy and we could not be more pleased. Before 18
month our family did relocate from Israel to here-
Alpharetta. We have 3 kids (today 10, 8, and 4) When I
first came to Brookside Academy we have been here only 3
weeks and I was still overwhelm from all we have been
through, but as I went into Brookside Academy I knew
this is the place for my youngest daughter that at the
time was 2.5 years old and didn’t know any English! I
could feel the care, warm, concern, security; see the
smiles and friendly staff and the cleanliness of the
facility. After only a few days my daughter felt at
home! The staff encouraged her and helped her learn the
language. Her education has been encouraging and
nurturing. Brookside Academy staff introduces her to a
wide-scale of knowledge through fun, games, songs and
interactive events. I see everyday how she is greeted
with smiles and hugs- for me it is one of the important
things a child needs. I credit Brookside Academy staff
with teaching my child social skills and preparing her
for Kindergarten/life. I love reading about her
experiences on her Junior Daily Sheets that give me a
sense of what they are doing. She is eager to go every
morning to Brookside and e with her friends, and when
she gets home she is happy to share her day with us.

I have 2 children, ages 5 and 3. Both were enrolled in
the Infant room when they began attending Brookside Academy . My son completed the Pre-k program and my
daughter will attend the Pre-k program next year. My son
is thriving in Kindergarten at Abbott Hill Elementary
and I attribute a lot of that to the Brookside
curriculum. As a full-time working mom, I am able to
perform my duties at work because I know my children are
safe and are learning new things everyday at Brookside.
The teachers really care about the kids and will take
the time to talk to you if you ever do have any
concerns. I also like the daily update sheets because I
can ask my children specific questions about their day.
Before choosing Brookside Academy back in 2004, I
visited at least 5 other child care centers before
making the decision to enroll my children at Brookside Academy. Brookside stood out from the others based on
their management, teachers, and just the overall feeling
that you get when you walk in the door. I am extremely
satisfied with the care and education that my children
have received at Brookside over the past 6 years and it
will be a day filled with mixed emotions when my
daughter graduates from Pre-k in 2011.
