Dear Friends of Brookside;
My husband Michael and I have lived in Alpharetta for
the past 16 years. We are the proud parents of Matthew,
age 15 and Mallory, age 14. Our children were just
Freshmen and Sophomores when we opened our first school,
Brookside Academy at Old Milton in 1999!
I received my Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education from The University of Pittsburgh and my Master's Degree in Education from Duquesne University.
I am currently the President of The Sisterhood at Chabad of Alpharetta.
I am a very active member of the GCCA, which is a Professional Association representing the interests of children and childcare center owners. As a member of their Legislative Committee I've had the opportunity to watch our state government in action up close as I attended the GA Pre-K legislative committee hearings down at the Capitol.
Recently I was elected to the PTSA Executive Board for Johns Creek High School where I'll be serving as the Vice President of Communications for the 2011 - 2012 & 2012 - 2013 School Year.
I encourage parents to contact me or a member of my management team if we can be of assistance in any way. When parents bring something to my attention I see it as the opportunity to improve, clarify or explore new ideas!
